    Reporting to CFO Asia Pacific / Regional Finance Controller, the incumbent is responsible for the overall Indonesian office's reporting, budgeting, and office maintenance.

    Our client is a multinational energy company. A well-respected player in the industry boasting a strong track record historically. They are looking to bring on board a dynamic Accounting and Office Manager who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and contribute to the business.

    Accounting & finance responsibilities:

    • Banking transactions
    • Sales invoice preparation
    • Purchase and Operating Expense invoice processing & payments o Book keeping and accounting
    • Manage local direct and indirect tax compliance
    • Dealing with export/import documentation and reporting
    • On the ground relationship with the banks o Helping regional Trade Finance in document handling
    • Coordination with regional accounting team, where required
    • Interacting with statutory auditors
    • Interacting with tax consultants
    • Responsibility for other local reporting and maintenance of licences including LKPM, WLK, IUPOPK, WLP,
      LKTP, Bank Indonesia Appropriate level of support by way of external tax consultants, lawyers, assistance from
      regional accounting and finance colleagues will be available for you to be able to perform optimally.
      Office manager responsibilities:

    • Ensure smooth running of office and maintain highest levels of standards including proactive preventive
      maintenance and testing, office supplies stock management, monitoring of guarantees, service contracts,
      insurance, replacement schedules, health and safety etc.
    • Liaise with Global Facilities Management in Germany when necessary
    • Support regional HR Manager in interacting with Payroll consultant when required
    • Occasional support in basic translation of documents to English
    • Dealing with landlord for administrative matters and managing on-site service providers


    • Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university.

    • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.

    • Previous experience in preparation of financial statements & reporting from Multinational Company

    • Familiar with regional office reporting and interactions

    • Exposure to VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate taxes

    • Possess high level of integrity and ability to work under pressure.

    • Meticulous, strong analytical skill and good leadership skills.

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Fluent in English.
